 For so many Yahoo's—yes they're everywhere—who don't get it, anonymity makes it possible to spam. Unless more than one reader flags such postings as so or as "miscategorized", Craigslist leaves it alone. Tribe works a bit better, but they lump Rochester in with all of New York State, so our listings and events appear intermingled with those from, say, Montauk Point—and who in the hell lives at Montauk Point except mosquitos. - John , posted 08/11/05 |
