from the webpage: Moosewood Restaurant's constantly changing menu draws inspiration from many sources, from regional American cooking to a wide variety of international and ethnic cuisines that are adapted to our own unique style of cooking. We intentionally change our menu so that the selection of dishes offered at each meal is different from all the other menus that week, or indeed that month. Particularly popular or seasonal items may appear more often, but in new combinations. Our menu planners are blessed with a huge repertoire of soups, salads, main dishes, side dishes, from which to design our daily menus. Special research and attention go into our Sunday night ethnic menus. We also serve fresh fish and seafood, great homemade desserts, and offer natural sodas, fresh juices, coffees, beers, spirits, and a good selection of wines from New York State and beyond. from Lena: I love eating there, and I am not vegetarian.
