Namaste, I am currently working on completing my certification in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. As part of my final certification process, I am giving complimentary Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions. I would like to invite you to receive one or more FREE yoga therapy session/s at my Women’s Sanctuary for Health and Healing, conveniently located in Long Island, New York. What is Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy? — Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a wonderful way to create space for greater relaxation, calm, clarity, awareness, and peace. During a session, I move a client through supported, gentle movements and stretches, and help them to become more aware of their breath and their moment to moment experience. It is a wonderful combination of yoga, meditation, gentle stretching, non-directive dialogue, and exploration of the body/mind connection. Both Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga provide a wonderful experience for both experienced yogis and meditators, as well as for people with no prior yoga or meditation experience. Different levels of flexibility and fitness can be accommodated. A session of Phoenix Rising or Thai Yoga lasts about 1-1/2 hours, and the client is fully clothed in loose and comfortable clothes. There is no use or application of oils.
